Back from Vacation

I took a short respite from the daily grind and spent 5 days in Williamsburg, Virginia. Dot drove down and back as I took a back seat passenger position for a change. This mini vacation made me think of what I am suppose to be focused on - MY LIFE. There more to life than being involved with your job. Although I do a great at my job there are bigger and better things to make for my time. My job will always be there for me and even if I do leave, it will still be there only someone else will be involved with it.

The main thing that I should be focused on is not only to get my job done but also to make things easier for me. I have made strides in getting this S&G center organized. Now its time to train new TM's to do the job and prepare myself to leave in 4 months with a clear concience now that they are self reliant and ready to take on any challenge.

Just like the FedEx Racing team, who is making strides in their quest for the Nextel Cup but also working together as a team to get the job done. This teaches me a leason not to hoard all my knowledge and expretise but to share it with the rest of my team so that we can work together and not relying on each others talents. TEAM WORK is how things get done.
