Trying to prove something

That one man cannot do everything by himself! With the help of only 3 other team members, we have done an impossible task of keeping our business afloat! Although we didnt hit our sales plan. We did manage to keep our customers happy and keeping our payroll money just under our projections. Since my tranfer to this center, I have managed it as best I can. I just hired one more person to join the team and 2 more are in the process to be in the boat as well. This month will rock if we keep our progress. Thanks to my team of heavy hitters we have survived the high tide and now we must try to cast our nets and try to catch the big fish!
